HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Pine Financial Partners serves customers across San Diego with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
