HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Glen Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
