HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Fernwood Lakeside Farms Group is an agricultural business based around San Diego. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
