HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Stone Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
