HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Nest Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
