HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Clear Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
