HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
