HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
