HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in San Antonio with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
