HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Fox Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
