HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Harbor Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
