HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove West Care Services supports families and individuals in San Antonio with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
