HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Quarry Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
