HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Wilder Community Partners is a San Antonio charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 994 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
