HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Timber Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
