HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
