HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak West Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Antonio with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
