HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Sable Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
