HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Vale Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for San Antonio and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
