HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Granite Press Associates is a printer and publisher in Salt Lake City serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
