HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ivory Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
