HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ember Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
