HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Vale Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
