HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
