HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight River Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
