HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Mill Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
