HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
