HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Fern Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Salt Lake City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
