HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Corner Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
