HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit River Staffing is a Salt Lake City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
