HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
