HR Business Partner - onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Meadow Manufacturing is a Salt Lake City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 948 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
