HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Fox Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
