HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
