HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Pike Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
