HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Basin Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
