HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight North Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
