HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pike Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
