HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Cross Care Services supports families and individuals in Sacramento with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
