HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Rivermark Sable Staffing is a Sacramento staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
