HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Sacramento working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
