HR Business Partner - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
