HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Bright Wilder Property Management Partners is a Rochester property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
