HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Umber Facilities Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
