HR Business Partner - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Rochester. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
