HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cross Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
