HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Richmond, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
