HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Rowan Facilities looks after properties across the Richmond region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
