HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Glen Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
