HR Business Partner - onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
